Director, In Vivo Antibody Discovery

Role: Head of In Vivo (Director level)

Location: Boulder, CO (relocation assistance available)

We are working with a fast-growing CRO specializing in protein and antibody therapeutics, who are expanding their service capabilities from exclusively in vitro studies to include in vivo discovery. We’re seeking a dynamic Head of In Vivo (Director or Senior Director level) to establish and lead this brand-new function.

What You’ll Do

• Establish in vivo antibody discovery group, including workflows, strategy, and team development.

• Drive hands-on in vivo science while setting long-term vision and standards for the function.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver innovative antibody discovery solutions.

• Train, mentor, and inspire the next generation of scientists.

What We’re Looking For

• PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related field strongly preferred (MS candidates also considered).

• Deep expertise in hybridoma and antibody discovery workflows; strong immunology background highly desirable.

• Proven success building or scaling new functions, teams, or workflows within R&D.

• Prior experience in a CRO environment strongly preferred.
